Customer Supplied Goods Policy

All customer supplied goods (“CSG”) are accepted and processed at the customer’s sole risk. While we make every effort to handle all items with care, we are not responsible for damage, defects, misprints, inconsistencies, loss, or issues that may occur during production or handling of customer supplied items.

By placing an order using customer supplied goods, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks and responsibilities associated with providing those items. This includes, but is not limited to, garment defects, printing complications, shrinkage, dye migration, material inconsistencies, and replacement costs.

The customer agrees that we are not liable for reimbursement, replacement, or compensation for customer supplied goods under any circumstances.
